Harborside at Atlantis sits on Paradise Island, inside one of the best-known resort destinations in the Bahamas. Renovating guest-facing spaces like a lobby and a fitness center at a resort of that profile means working to a high finish, on a schedule that respects the guest experience.

Add a general plumbing retrofit, which reaches into the building's systems rather than only its surfaces, and the job needs a builder who can handle both the finishes guests see and the systems they never do.
